What is a mocktail?

Mocktails are short for “mock cocktails”, aka. virgin cocktails. They are cocktails made without alcohol that can be enjoyed by anyone who is sober, pregnant, underage, or just doesn’t like alcohol.

Mocktails can be as simple as orange juice and sparkling water or as complex as making your own simple syrups and smoking the glass!

They’re typically healthier than traditional cocktails – but not always! I’ve made some truly decadent mocktail recipes.
